1. Tire & Material Design

World-class tire design software – we translate our ideas for innovative quality tires through world-class CAD software which are also used by other industry leaders. At Primewell, we invest heavily in innovative simulation software to deliver more precise and quicker results on tire performance.

2. Raw material durability testing equipment

Constantly deriving new material formulae, we persist in delivering minimal energy consumption without compromising handling, comfort and mileage performance. At Primewell, our equipment enables us to aspire designing materials that provide maximum mileage.

3. Virtual Design and Performance Simulation

To achieve a performance level that we desire, we diligently refine every detail of our tire’s profile, structure and pattern by computing the data in our performance simulation software. It is only upon doing so that we create the tire mold and produce a proto-type tire using the material we design. And then we subject the tire to a series of rigorous indoor testing.

4. Indoor Testing

After the prototype tire is designed and subject to performance simulation, we begin production of the first batch of tires and put them through comprehensive indoor testing. Our tire footprint analysis machines enable us to get the best footprint volume on the road surface or excellent results in safety, handling and mileage.
